Storage Facility

The proper wine storage temperature and relative humidity are key to long-term storage.  A lower temperature slows the aging process and humidity prevents wine from moving into the cork and evaporating.

The Wine  Chest stores your fine wine at 55° to 58°.  Relative humidity is maintained at 68%.

Wine storage units are available in multiple sizes so, in combination, The Wine Chest has the space for your wine collection.

Small 8 to 12 cases*

Medium 18 to 24 cases*

Large 36 cases*

Extra Large 48 cases*

Special arrangements can be made for larger collections.

*Locker sizes are based on standard cardboard Cabernet Sauvingnon boxes.
